Update to the constitution over the summer after a community vote.
Only 1 person has registered for training prior to the conference. Hence, have now cancelled the training / rooms. Money re-purposed for drinks/canopé session after the community session on Thursday evening.
NB conference stuff all in hand, no need to discuss here.
3 topics for discussion:
Discussion about communications within the community. Would be good to have a listserv that is "owned" by the community. This would come with the development of the Stichting that is able to 'own' assets.
Tim has developed a working group for a website but it seems this has also been stalled. This is primarily because of debate over the domain - and what https://datashield.org is used for. Becca expresses that "the current DataSHIELD research project website includes community only because the community has no website. So we will revert it back to a DataSHIELD research project site [when there is another site for everyone else]"
Tim was absent and the meeting was running out of time so there wasn't much discussion about education.
