- Presenting information at tech core meetings every 3rd Friday - discussions of what needs to be done have been highlighted.
- Wednesday (am) drop-in sessions are still taking place, more people are attending with questions. Getting questions on do we have examples of data sharing agreements - who should collect/collate these? - agreed Governance theme but with links back to Ops theme. Can have redacted versions publicly available to share.
- Looking at repositories in progress - list of all things on GitHub - how can we archive? Docker needs a clean up. Process needed to keep things up-to-date. Comunications need to be improved - useful information on packages, email of maintainer etc - encourage people to announce new releases on forum. Set of clear instructions for people to follow.
- Regular meetings still happening.
- Roadmap in google sheet - will suggest at next stats meeting to embed the sheet in the wiki for roadmap (read only).
- Disclosure checks page has been migrated to new wiki - stats theme to update page.
- What stats methods are being used to prevent disclosure in other packages? - good, clear advice/guidance/instructions are needed for people when they develop a package - can then create a wiki page with instructions etc - be good to work with people developing packages so this beocmes part of their daily workflow.
- Demetris now moved to Copenhagen
- Wiki page has been set up and ongoing - all themes need to think about what they need comms for and how best comms can help their theme.
- Set up a LinkedIn page - themes could post on this rather than Twitter
- Becca geeting an intern over this summer - hoping to use them to help communications - update website - move stuff from website to wiki

- Would like to provide courses/tutorials/workshops for people/projects to use DataSHIELD in the future - how to analyse data, how to write a package etc
- Plan to have workshop to explain how to perform ds exposome data in ATHLETE, LifeCycle etc, possibly June/July - Juan will share the links.
- Next DataSHIELD conference - planning/organising more advanced courses i.e. how to create ds functions and pacakages, teach how to use ds slide - to check there is a room to run courses etc
- Juan to speak to Manuel - suggestion made for Juan to post on forum asking for help as people would like to get involved.
- Juan to post on forum for helpers with courses at conference, hen arrange a meeting with helpers.
- New version of OPAL available with 2FA - Stuart working on description of how to deploy.
- Moba advised by software provider their version of OPAL got some vulnerabilities on it - have to be on an allowed list to practise on their server - Yannick may have to address.
- Yannick in process of updating packages (from Java 8 to Java 21) for OPAL
- Not many applications to join the board but a few people have been invited.
- A decision needs to be made on compensating people for their time - do we have the budget?
