Becca's team is working on the following policies for some packages, these could then be used for the community as well:
- contributions policy template for DataSHIELD packages,
- DataSHIELD R code style.
These will be specifically applied to dsBase apparently, and have been discussed a little bit within the community (albeit not in the governance theme - perhaps in the operational management theme and/or the stats theme?).
Could use drop-in sessions on a Wednesday morning as working meetings to progress policies - external people given priority

- Drafting community policies: Community LinkedIn policy, Community website additions policy, Community Zenodo policy. Presented at the Process Group meeting. Next steps - drafts will be uploaded to the wiki for review and comment in the comms theme meetings

No funding so far, so cannot cover costs for more people - this that might change.
Have received some sponsorship money, one of whom is sponsoring an inclusion scholarship of up to £1000, e.g. can cover cost of carers or childcare or whatever. Could apply to the fund, which has a maximum of £3000 available, hence should be able to support 3-6 people.
