- pros and cons discussed of in person only conference, hybrid or streaming key note talks for core members only - a decision is needed on this

- alternatively offer free registration for next year's conference for PhD x 3 to transfer wiki restructure, keep updated and edit website - work needs doing on wiki to look more professional and active looks outdated presently
