- 5th September 24 deadline for registrations - 45 registered so far, 5 more expected today- workshops: beginners 19, advanced 15, both 9
- Becca to put out posts on social media reminding people last 24 hours before registration closes
- Some alterations were made to the conference programme - lightening talks instead of a poster, for the two posters submitted
- Who is running the beginner's workshop? - Paula to email Angela, Andrei, Demetris and Tim Cadman to check they have everything they need for the workshop and they can determine who will lead/facilitate the workshop
- Dinner to be arranged for Monday evening for beginners workshop trainers as a thank you - Christine to make a reservation when numbers are known. Andrei to confirm numbers with Christina
- Juan and Xavier to facilitate advanced workshop. Stuart and Olly happy to assist
- Good idea to advertise all drop in sessions at Conference again - maybe 1 slide on how to join them, access wiki/forum, download calendar etc
- Confirmation from Mark Ibberson, Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics, will host 2025 DataSHIELD conference in Lausanne, Switzerland.
- Core meetings every 3 weeks are still taking place - every other one chaired by different theme
- Need to send an email to remind people of the meetings and have an agenda set up
- Becca has added a sub section on the wiki and put some useful information into it
- Stuart has started movng profiles off the website onto the wiki
- Soumya is happy for Stuart to clone repo stuff in DataSHIELD
- Stuart is co-ordinating with Demetris as to what will be in version 6.4
- Becca to announce at conference the next release and what is included in it
- Paula to create a new zoom link and send to Becca, Andrei Demetris and Stuart as Demetri's account will switch off soon in Liverpool - once zoom link created Becca will update calendar
- Drop in sessions are continuing - need to publicise agenda items to get people interested again
- Drop in sessions can be flexible for different time zones or move a drop in to late afternoon one week for different time zones to join
- Few issues across Technical themes - need to look at performance and get notification of potential disclosure process completed
- Stuart has started doing a workflow chart, which describes disclosure of risk and how to respond to it - Stuart needs to finish this off
- Becca and Stuart to create a flowchart for deployers - a step by step to deploy DataSHIELD - need to standardise the workflows
- Wiki up and runing with agendas and meeting notes - still need to sort out website and LinkedIn
- Input is needed from other themes - if you need to communicate anything from another theme go through comms theme if a co-ordinated action
- Met in the summer - trimmed down Advisory Board section a bit - Andrei to send to Simon and then to voting members before 11th September 24 - 2 week voting period for members not attending the conference, then discuss at conference in community session
- Andrei to send email or post on forum next week regarding proposals being made and ask people to vote on them
- A new leader of this theme has been recruited (Tim Cadman) - Tim to seek approval from Morris

- Could put the examples into the DataSHIELD community Zenodo space - Andrei to add steering committee members for admin rights, then can use as a storage drive and create a folder for DPIAs
