Will be a database of what we provide so we can use the descriptions/classifications to help guide people towards what they want.

There was a discussion about what "DataSHIELD" encompasses. There were different viewpoints expressed about this, and further discussion is required.
A foundation (Stichting) is broadly supported as a governance vehicle to provide continuity, shared ownership, and the possibility to transfer stewardship of assets (wiki, websites, repositories) between institutions over time, but does not in itself solve sustainility or funding risks
This topic was discussed at length by the steering committee.
People are FOR the creation of a Stichting as it gives DS a bigger voice.
